Aero-Tec Fiberglass started in 1988 as a manufacturer of fiberglass running boards for the aftermarket automobile and truck industry. After many years focus on fiberglass running boards, Aero-Tec has branched out its business to custom fabrication and services. Today, Aero-Tec offers a wide variety of products and services focused on the composites industry. With technical and process expertise as well as business partnerships that extend our expertise beyond our own manufacturing walls, we can help you in any of your composites needs. |

Sven Jasinski — CEO |

Sven is a native of Germany. In 2006 he became owner and CEO of Aero-Tec. Together with Mark Hoffman his focus became the successful transition of Aero-Tec from a limited fiberglass manufacturer to an innovative, profitable and customer focused composite solution provider. Before managing Aero-Tec, Sven worked as a strategic management consultant for over 10 years. Under his leadership many Fortune 500 and other companies became global and national leaders in their industries. His expertise reaches from strategy, strategic business development, operational improvement all the way to change management. Sven received his BA and MBA degrees from the Freie University in Berlin, Germany. Sven conducted various teaching and tutoring assignments at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He received the "40 Under 40 Award" in its inaugural year 2002, which recognized 40 Midwestern business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs, under the age of 40 for their outstanding contributions. |

Mark Hoffman — President |

In 2006, Mark Hoffman, became owner and President of Aero-Tec. Together with Sven Jasinski his focus became the successful transition of Aero-Tec from a limited fiberglass manufacturer to an innovative, profitable and customer focused composite solution provider. Prior to Aero-Tec, in 1993, Mark started with a small Software Development company as a Systems Consultant. During his time as a Consultant, Mark was integral in designing and implementing computer and software solutions for a multitude industries. Following his consulting experience, Mark took on a management position at mid-sized agricultural manufacturing company overseeing the company’s PC Support and Technology department. After his two years in rebuilding this area of the IT Department, Mark was promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO) taking over responsibility for all aspects of the IT department. During his time as CIO, Mark is credited with developing and growing the IT Department to meet the demands of the company’s considerable growth, acquisition and merging into a larger company. During his time at JC Robinson Seeds, Mark completed his Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska. |
